Rachel is a knowledgeable HR Generalist with over 20 years in people management and leadership after gaining her experience across a range of industries. Rachel has managed large teams and brings a wealth of practical management skills to complement her HR expertise.

 

While there are lots of laws to understand, and techniques and processes in managing people Rachel takes the time to understand your business and provides tailored advice by focusing on what can be done rather than what can’t.Rachel Saunders

This personal approach ensures that customer service and satisfaction remain at the forefront of all activities.

Additionally, Rachel is a psychometric practitioner in Quintax and can support businesses in the selection, development, and coaching of people and has recently trained as a Mental Health First Aider.

When Rachel is not working, she enjoys taking her furball Mabel for long walks in the countryside, seeing friends, and her main passion, interior design.
