Rachael is a highly motivated, commercially focused senior HR Leader, MCIPD qualified with over 25 years HR experience in retailing, logistics, financial services, and franchising.

Rachael Franklin HR Professional

As an HR professional, Rachael is known for making the complex easy, helping people navigate through intricate employment legislation and having a pragmatic approach when dealing with all situations. She can build relationships at all levels and to operate as an effective partner to any business, linking human resources and strategy to the business agenda.

Rachael has extensive experience in dealing with complex disciplinary and grievance situations as well as absence, capability and performance issues. She has also managed large-scale restructure, TUPE and redundancy projects.

When Rachael isn’t working she likes spending time with her husband Phil and 3 grandchildren, as well as supporting the Children Today Charity of which she is now a trustee. Finally, she has gone back to studying and is currently completing her level 7 counseling award after successfully completing her Dispute Resolution qualification.
